Initiatives

The All Hart Foundation is on a mission to develop creative solutions that empower and transform communities of color

The Refinery

The Refinery is our flagship program. This in-person experience includes panel discussions highlighting challenges and opportunities within our communities. The event includes networking and curated experiences.
Our events have generated more than 600 attendees, including local leaders, entrepreneurs, public officials, religious leaders, civil rights advocates, and health professionals.

Training

We are actively developing training programs that help move our community forward in wealth, civic leadership, and health and wellness. Through carefully selected partnerships, the All Hart Foundation will partner with established organizations consistently producing positive change and outcomes in our region to generate meaningful programs and solutions.

Community Resources

The All Hart Foundation is dedicated to supporting and empowering underserved communities through various resources. Our programs focus on improving the lives of community members. These services include educational programs, workforce development, health and wellness. Overall, the foundation’s goal is to create a more equitable and prosperous community for all.

The Refinery

From social justice issues and disproportionate COVID-19 illnesses to systemic financial and political struggles, the quality of life for Black Americans’ was stifled by these challenges. The Refinery was developed as a safe space for conversation, support, and healing. It is more than an event, it’s an opportunity to “refine” mindsets and create solutions. It’s a place to celebrate our greatness and remind the world of our existence. It’s a space for inspiration and empowerment for the community at large.
